It's Our Annual Champagne Tasting on
Thursday, December 7 from 5:00-7:00pm
with hors d'oeuvres by Chef Lydia
Last year's spread included caviar, salmon tartare, Coq au Vin, Foie Gras
and this year Chef Lydia swears she will out do herself!
We can't wait to taste.

As for the Champagne we have quite a list we are trying to narrow down.

There will be a few big names of course, Taittinger, Bollinger, Delamotte, Billecart-Salmon,
a few excellent grower-producers, Pierre Peters, Lallement, Henri Goutorbe,
and a few vintage Champagnes too.
