One of the most unqiue sparklers in the world. Solaris is the grape, secondary fermentation takes place in tanks before being transferred sediement and all to bottle. No sulphur, organic. Tangerine peel, elderberry, pear, apricot. If you shake the bottle it's like a snow globe. Don't worry, the sediment settles back down. Excellent juice!
