Milan Nestarec has quickly become the star winemaker of the Czech republic.
A skin contact white wine, or orange wine, of the Neuburger variety. Like all Nestarecs wine the grapes are farmed organically or biodynamically. No additives are in this cuvee, the grapes left to naturally ferment for 1 month and bottled without fining or filtering.
This aromatic orange wine is natural wine lover heaven: light nuttiness, light tannins, light acidity accompanied by complex flavours like quince and mango. Definitely not here to make any trouble!

One of our favorite Oregon producers is back with a new vintage (2018).
The 2018 Gran Moraine Yamhill-Carlton Pinot Noir exudes aromas of Choke cherry, sassafras, lavender, milk chocolate, and peppermint. The palate is wound like a spring with red to blue fruit notes on the mid palate, bursting with flavors of pomegranate, shitake mushrooms, black pepper, molasses, and leather. Cleansing acidity and vibrant tannins on the finish.
